Mr. Bishop is an accomplished financial executive and works with Worth Properties on acquisitions and financing of properties that they might acquire on their own behalf or for clients. Mr. Bishop has 35+ years of experience in finance, operations, and private equity. While in college, he earned his real estate broker’s license. He and his family owned a number of apartments in Maine where he grew up.

Steve is the Treasurer for Oceanside Conservation Trust (“OCT”). OCT is a nationally accredited land trust which works to conserve open space, scenic areas, and historic landmarks in Casco Bay Maine. He previously served as a board member for Promise Foundation. The Promise Foundation funds college educations for deserving young adults in Maine who would not be able to go to college without the Foundation’s support. Other charities that he supports and volunteers at include SailMaine (provides access to sailing for those with disabilities or who could not otherwise afford to sail) and Iron Gate in Tulsa, OK (food kitchen for those less fortunate)

Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine and an MBA from Northeastern University.
